This admin accepted a report 5 minutes after it was posted. The person that reported me was fighting me in ghetto and decided to run out of the ghetto into city, That is in fact not allowed yet I was the only one that was punished.

The player ( ID: 64227) Was in ghetto when I shot him and he drove away while being chased by 2 cars.
