2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
> I want to be the leader of the Ballas because it's finally my time to run the gang, I've been in the community for a year now and the only gang I've ever been a part of is the Ballas. Every time my group of friends controls the Ballas gang we're the strongest gang on the server and win every event.
>Another reason why I want to be the leader of the Ballas gang is to allow my huge friend group to enjoy the gang scene again, a lot of us haven't joined any gangs since the last time we controlled it which was maybe four months ago and we're ready to get back into and make more memories.
>In conclusion, I'm the right choice to be given an opportunity for an interview, the server has been struggling to find people who can competently run a gang. It has got to the point where you can't even get enough applications for it. Make the right choice and accept my application.

> people have always seen me as helpful and I want to prove myself to people.
> I will train the newly joined players and strengthen the gang
