I Want to Be the Leader of The NG For Many Reasons
I have been in The NG org for 5 months
My Experience in the NG
Expert pilot in the air Force division
Head of team Seal Team Six + Head of RR ( Shabah Verlic ) term

1). New Face of National Guard
NG has had a few good terms, and previous leaders have also proven that they did amazing work for NG. I want to continue this tradition through my leadership skills and some new ideas that I want to implement in the National Guard. I personally feel that the NG doesn't have something to do during the non-raid time, so I am personally looking to make some new activities for soldiers of the National Guard. The same legacy is going on for NG since Darius' term, so with some new touches I wanna make NG really entertaining, Soldier of NG would be doing more RP and people will love to join National Guard
2). Better Co-ordination.
When I was in FIB, I saw that NG's response was very quick to provide aid at the global beacon. There are a lot of events where NG and other legal organizations work on one platform to defend. In doing so, NG and other organizations have to coordinate with each other, and to make things better, I will launch a new training camp inside the base where we discuss the plan and how to execute it. Last but not least, I have a new idea regarding the ammo run system, this thing will help other org to get easy ammo run without any problem
3). Leadership Qualities
I have a great deal of experience as a legal officer in high command. I know how things work and how to deal with a new problem. I want to make NG a better place for the people of Los Santos.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
1. Favoritism: I will never allow favoritism during my term. Agents will only be promoted on promotion days if the leader approves. If I find favoritism in my high command team, this high command will be fired from the organization.
2. Make sure every single soldier knows the state legislation
3. The 1st lieutenant and 2nd lieutenant will be in charge of normal units and NCOs, and they will be supervising them in their daily activities.
4. Multiple promotions after the raid for the attending soldier

2. Completing The 25 Global Event
3. Helping in Black Market Raid Everyday
5. To deploy, fight, and win our nation's wars by providing ready, prompt, and sustained land dominance by Army forces across the full spectrum of conflict as part of the joint force.
