We're in Ghetto. It's exactly as the Senior Crime Curator said. We can kill you without demands.

And we even GAVE demands BEFORE we killed state organizations, which is out of fairness to the organization. Darsh made the absolutely correct decision.

Senior Took the Correct Decision.
1. you are in Ghetto which is KOS, not an event which you are involved in.
2. the demand based on the Fact its ghetto can be denied by Gun shots, not needed for them to say yes or no, only since its Ghetto.
3. you guys are LEOs, when they shoot the First LEO in such situation, all LEOs can start Shooting them since they killed an LEO.
4. can use Snipers or such to Protect and Cover the area.
How ever Will be Talking To Crime side to Not abuse such situations and be more talkative To LEOs, if they Keep on Abusing it will be talking to Mazhor to Decide on Applying a New rule for such situations.
