I got banned for Gen 1.9 by Floki Vilgeroarson. Heres what happened.
I had 2 houses in Ghetto 204 and 209. I contacted a guy who had a house 1146 right next to my 204 house and I asked him to sell his house to me. Having 2 houses side by side would help me in planting seeds, I told him that and he agreed. He had only 1 house so I told him to buy my other house 209 and he agreed to that as well. As I dont have the prime, I can only hold 2 houses at a time, so I called my friend who have prime and asked him to buy 1146 from that guy for me, then I would sell my 209 to that guy and after that I can have 1146 back from my friend. I didnt know the minimum price of selling or buying houses because it was my first time , thats why I instantly contacted ingame admin and they told me the minimum price of selling house is 50% of its state value . Then that guy sold 1146 of its 50% state value which was 75000 to my friend. Thereafter I sold my 209 of its 50% state value 110000 to that guy and then I got 1146 from my friend for 75000 again. Meanwhile buying the house 1146 that guy told me that he had some good cloths inside his house and asked 200k for it and I agreed , gave him his money after we finished buying our houses.
Name of that guy was Cash Flex and my friend's name is Kartikey North. They both can agree to me.
I always try my best to follow the server and ingame rules. I never recieved any warn or ban or kick from any of the admins. I work in EMS and never got any strike from my HCs. Everyone admires me for my discipline and behaviour. So I request you, If I have done anything wrong inadvertently, please forgive me , I ll never repeat the same mistake again. Please unban my account and dont reset it.Thank You.
