Rejected Harvey Spector got the wrong person

So, i was buying insurance. then a guy in a black and green Bugatti was robbing a ATM by the road. i help the police and run over. The bugatti stared to ram the police and i ran after him in my car and told him to stop and go away.
then random i was sended to demorg for CR? i told Harvey Spector that he got the wrong guy. but he didnt care so here i am without any POV bec i only use that while im ON DUTY.

i was trying to block him in one time so the police are able to take him, maybe that the point he thougt i was ramming? idk. but i was trying to do a good thing for the city and now im in jail and that other dude isnt.
