Would have to double check. Its abusing a script to allow an advantage of having your gun out already when you exit the car. Its more so driving with your gun in your hands. If you came to a complete stop then pulled out your gun and got out, could be a different story, however in this case I would think its PG. I would just be careful with that as its not really that realistic to be driving a car around with a two handed weapon in your hands, maybe if you were in a car with autopilot

I agree in real life it would be different, unfortunately though there are rules here that go against what is real. (Cant use PDA with gun out, doesn't make sense but its a rule, can't run whilst escorting someone, doesn't make sense but its a rule) etc etc.
