ID 61199 was the only player there with matching description (black pants, white shirt, black armor, carbine and balaclava) but you can always ask for pov from the organization for a detailed pov from their side

I am just gonna say this, he is not the only one wearing that uniform in fact the one that shot at you was not fib it was a different org but that is not my job to figure out. You are reporting the wrong person bud
