2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I would like to be the next leader of Vagos gang because I want to bring beach ghetto back to its full glory. Im a strong and fare leader that wants the city to know Vagos gang. I have spent all my time on this server in the crime scene and believe i can lead a strong gang that will not die out with strong support of my family and fellow gangsters. Being a strong leader is not all about experience Im saying this because yes i am younger than most applying for this position but Im here to prove what a good leader means. I can and I will encourage, motivate, inspire and challenge your gang to produce their best work.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
I will have players for all time zones to ensure Vagos is running at full around the clock participating in robberies, hostage situations and etc. Gangs needs diversity in the aspect we need new people in the scene of crime and will provide a chance for everyone who knows the rules. to be able to join vagos gang. I want people to have fun but take the crime scene seriously.
next my current family has a big impact on the server now and we will be able to spread vagos to be one of the strongest gang. I will have recruiters who will give question interviews to all players wanting to join. will ensure everyone who joins knows the rules and if they get 2 questions wrong from a 5-10 question interview will not be able to join.
Will make sure people show up to events and that we are very active and make rp fun again and bring back the times people miss. Will bring different strategies to store robberies and other events.
