This guy killed a cop and takes his stuff with a gun in his hands still. his friends proceeds to shoot me with no warning or any demands to stop or anything when I mentioned how it was weird... Then the guy who killed the cop also MK the cop.

this looks like its a self post the software is not legal as it hides over lays like OBS and borderless over lays u can see is turned off on his bodycam and in setting you can see also its disabled

Looks like he using AMD Radeon game capture and recording the entire desktop. People use the Nvidia Geforce version all the time. I am not sure what the issue is?

Also what setting are you talking about? There no such thing on the AMD Radeon game capture software. The only setting he shows is the video quality settings.
