So basically my units and I were returning back from encashment event and this guy just came in the middle and when we said him to leave the area he started provoking me and my units while we re on duty. On the time stamp of 0:09 he said me `get back to ur car pussy` and also provoked a lot. He was following us from the time when we were returnign to GOV Garage from Encashment . Thank You

There is a difference between Provoking and Roleplaying. You could easily take an IC action for that situation.

However

ID: 4413 will receive a punishment for violating GR 6.17
