Life Story:
Mark grew up in the Ghetto of Los Santos, his dad was part of the famous gang "The Families", so he experienced violence in the early years of his life. He, of course, joined the gang but didn't feel comfortable in it, he always thought that it was not the right place for him. But once "The Families" decided to do a store robbery and he needed to go with them. It all ended up in a big shootout where he witnessed how his father got shot multiple times and died right in front of him. He got hit by a bullet in his arm and went unconscious, and when he woke up, he was in the hospital cuffed to the bed. The Feds had mercy with him as he was only 16 years old and offered him a deal: if he snitches on his brothers, he can walk free and start a new life. He gladly accepted, so he moved to the downtown of Los Santos and worked as a janitor for LSPD. Pixy started attending evening school to study. He suppressed nearly all old habits from his gang time, except for the anger issues that he has. If anyone provokes him, no matter if colleagues or criminals, he needs to try hard not to be rude to them or actually harm them. One time, a criminal angered him so much that he pulled him over to the side of the highway, dragged him out of the car, and beat him up so hard that he died from the injuries in the hospital.
Career Story:
After Mark finished evening school, he decided to try his luck at the police academy, and from the second attempt, he got accepted into LSPD. As he always tried to help as many people as possible, he became an FTO in LSPD and trained all cadets and rookies. Because he was so high value to the LSPD, he soon became the lieutenant of FTO and soon after Major of FTO. After 10 years of hard work, he decided it's time for a change, and he moved on to FIB. He got accepted as Head of department and although the majority of his colleagues and high commands were friendly, some were not, and they mocked him so much that he started to hate them. Mark started retaliating against them by aiding criminals escape arrest and any other ways that could make those colleagues suffer like providing criminals with weapons and ammo to fight against them. But Pixy couldn't do it all by him self, so he enlisted some help from Los Santos Mandem. Which he now helps aswell.
1. Mark can refuse if someone asked for Mark's ID
2. Mark can sell or use guns he picked up from the ground even if it was illegal.
3. Mark can help people escape jail, take bribes and weapons (Up to 100k), reduce their sentence, and remove them from wanted list.
4. Mark can threaten Judges and Lawyers, extort them or use violence in order to get what he wants.
5. Mark can off-road in any SUV or 4 Door vehicle.(RP Driving,)
6. Mark can do illegal activities due to his criminal past.
