They didnt break any rules,
''Chasing'' doesnt means just a following convoy of cops just to watch how they transporting 10-15,
There wasn't given any kind of demands by gang members to officers to pull over or whatever.
So they didnt run inside green zone to avoid any situation since there was no demands given before.
