Not getting pov in the event area is the reason for 1 month ban and what is the reason for this form pc check atiyoar if the suspect does not have pov, he should be banned for 30 days

I requested a pov from this guy, and he didnt provide it. That is Event Rule 1.7. All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban. But strangely he got away with a PC check.
