I was at SAHP trying to discuss a lawsuit and the org leader decided to put a player in handcuffs while he was in an animation, the leader claimed he can do what he wants and didn't want to let him stop doing the animation.

What do you expect a cop to do if not detain when you are trolling, dancing on his face and provoking!
The script writes the command to cuff, so there is no need to say it out loud when cuffing either.
