Life Growing up
Ron was one of 9 siblings, he and his family were very close to each other. Ron grew up in a rural town in the state of Sonora Mexico. He, his 9 siblings, and his parents used to live and work on a small farm that was enough to grow crops for his Dad Rigoberto to sell at the market and for the family to eat, they weren't wealthy but indeed they were happy. Ron earned a scholarship to attend one of the best schools in the whole of the Sonora state. There Ron learned English and after school, he would help his parents to work on the plantations. As time went on, Ron's family started to amass a pretty good amount of wealth, not too much for luxury and not so little that they wouldn't feel the change. Things went well for a while, so much so that Rigoberto decided to hire employees to work on the plantations and give Ron extra free time so he could attend extra classes. Before Ron ended high school he was very proficient in electronics, swimming, and boxing.
After finishing high school
It was Ron's senior year and he was all the pride of his family, which made him hated by his siblings since it looked like he was given more benefits than the rest. Ron graduates from school and he was ready to move out to Ciudad de Mexico to attend college. One evening Ron came back home to find a crowd of people surrounding the entrance of the farm, there was police and yellow tape all around. Ron couldn't believe what was going on but he stayed calm and as he walked through the crowd of people which were making way for him, they were staring at him, as he approaches the police yellow tape he can clearly see his parents dead on the ground, from what it looked like knife stabs and his dad was missing his index finger, and hist mom was missing hers too. As Ron sees this he breaks in sadness and the cops had to take him away from the scene and sit him on an ambulance to talk with an EMT to calm his nerves. As the night passed a couple of Ron's friends arrived at the scene to make him company and take him for the night. The next day the police had what they thought were the suspects and it was one of his siblings. Ron knew he wasn't safe in Mexico and that he would need to move his entire life somewhere else. Ron asked for asylum at the USA embassy in Mexico and he got it granted for his abilities and the case he just lived. Ron decided to move to Phoenix Arizona, for the time been Ron hasn't gotten over his trauma and can't focus on anything so decided to work as an electrical technician for the next 4 years
First actions in the city
Ron heard about Los Santos which was a city full of opportunities, at the time Ron is 22 years old. Having passed already 5 years since the murder of his parents, Ron already looked calmer about it but he would never ever forget. As he arrives at Los Santos he tries a couple of odd jobs, he tries technician and it wasn't paying well, he joined piloting school to become a pilot but he felt it was a bit monotonous, there was when he got word that farming was an option, and as he was an experienced farmer, he felt like making honor to his parents and worked as a farmer for the first months in the city. He managed to make good money buying himself some drip, a car, and even an apartment. One night he was out with friends at Tequilala and there is his first encounter with the criminal structures in the city. There were a group of people dressed in yellow which he thought were staff since Tequilala is yellow, but no, they were members of Los Santos Vagos and they would shortly know it. They approached Ron and his friends at the table, as the vagos speaked in Spanish, but Ron could understand it all. He knew they were getting kidnapped and his female friend was getting targeted for use as a stripper. The first thing he did was send a message to his friends to get out of there as he blended in with the Vagos, trying to talk things out they realized he was Mexican too, by that time his friends managed to sneak out through the back door and he successfully defused the situation.
First contact with SAHP
After such an incident, Ron wanted justice, so he got in contact with LSPD but they were understaffed and way too busy to take such a pitiful case. So he contacted the county Sheriff's department and they gladly took the case. Ron presented evidence, arguments, names, and pictures, the sheriff's department was astonished by all that research work he did about the case, and Ron asked if there was anything he could do to help the cause and they extended an invitation to join the department. Ron climbed the ranks and gracefully solved tense situations, so much that it caught the detective department eye and they wanted him to join. Ron went through detective training at the detective academy and passed it successfully as he showed determination and great covert skills as well as IT and engineering skills.
Outcomes
Ron Always has a hidden camera when he is off duty in the form of a button and that footage constantly uploads to the cloud
Ron while on duty always has a standard bodycam on but with the same ability to upload everything to the cloud constantly
Ron when on undercover operations, always carries a camera in the form of a button on his mask as well as a hidden microphone in the lace of his sweater
Ron when conducting deep undercover operations for open cases on any family, he is able to join store robberies, gun store robberies, and bank robberies all for the sake of taking information
Ron during gunfights with cops when undercover shoots at random places to make it look like he is a part of them but won't injure officers and will give up at the first encounter
Ron during takeovers won't shoot at other civilians
Ron is not corrupt and will only do this when performing undercover investigations
Ron has amazing fighting skills and can fight someone with a gun if on a 1v1
Ron is super efficient at swimming and won't fear depths
Ron always has a good connection from his PDA and can call for backup with the click of a button on his watch (no PDA needed since he built this with his electronic skills)
Ron can interrogate suspects for information on the open investigation and he will act as the good cop
