Hi Lebron, I was banned last Sunday due to gen rule 4.1 (illegal gun package). I want to tell you a few things about this.
Just before the ban I installed a new redux because I got bored with the redux I was using, I uninstalled the newly installed redux because I didn't like it but I didn't know it was plugin redux, then I installed my old redux redux, but the invalid part was not removed. I did not know that the illegal part was not deleted. I complained while walking around the city and opened a forum because someone was doing NLR. When I opened a forum, my friends followed my point of view and said that I was using illegal redux, I did not know that there was an extension for redux, I did not know about such a plugin until my friends told me, then someone reported me and I was banned. In short, I would like to say that I did not intentionally use illegal redux. I didn't know that there was a plugin that I had just installed on Redux. At least I want my ban to be lowered. I'm sorry for my mistake and I want a chance, thanks for reading
