My car was parked on the side of the road there was no sign of us blocking the road and they started ramming me repeatedly so my gang friend moved their vehicle so i tried reparking my vehicle for a moment then they trapped me between two tow trucks alot of the SAHP officers laughed and both of the tow truck drivers got out and watched me while i was stuck

Well I don't think you have written the correct rules that he is vibrating. Yes, it is true that he is short of doing CR and he did trap you. But the RS 1.12, 1.8 and 1.1 doesn't go here. Also another think, I saw you and your friends at SAHP HQ for several hours standing there. This might be counted as Provoking.

Also a few things I noted, you did not show what happened previously that the SAHP Officer took these steps towards you. And I have been seeing that you and a few friends of yours are just on getting SAHP Warning/Disbanded. Don't know the reason why you guys are going at SAHP area and reporting against them continously.
