Zack Decker was born into a family struggling to make ends meet. His parents worked hard but never seemed to earn enough to provide for their family. Growing up, Zack learned to hustle and do whatever it took to make some extra cash. Unfortunately, this often meant engaging in illegal activities.
As he grew older, Zack became more and more involved in the criminal underworld. He started hanging around with friends from the gang known as "Bloods" and he became a part of it. Of his criminal experience, he became skilled at hacking, stealing, hijacking vehicles and running scams. However, deep down, he knew this wasn't the life he wanted for himself or his family.
One day, Zack had an epiphany. He realized that he could use his skills for good instead of evil. He decided to join the Los Santos Police Department and become a cop. Despite his checkered past, Zack was determined to positively impact the community and protect those who couldn't protect themselves.
Zack's understanding of criminal behavior proved valuable in aiding the police force's efforts to combat gang-related crimes in the city of Los Santos.
With hard work and dedication, Zack quickly rose through the ranks of the LSPD. He proved to be an excellent police officer and was soon promoted to major. However, even as a high-ranking officer, Zack struggled to make ends meet. His family's financial troubles had never fully gone away, and he found himself resorting to his old ways to make some extra cash.
Despite achieving success in his career as a law enforcement officer, Zack never lost sight of his humble origins. He remained committed to supporting his family in any way possible, occasionally utilizing his contacts from his prior involvement in the criminal underworld to provide for their needs.
Zack faced a lot of challenges as he climbed the ranks of the police department. He often felt guilty about his past criminal activities and had a hard time balancing his loyalty to his family with his duty to uphold the law.
Outcomes:
1. Zack is underpaid, due to that, Zack can take bribes up to 100k (cash or valuables) to release them free (will use darknet if already processed).
2. Zack can participate in ghetto fights, kill and rob people (only off-duty)
3. Zack can refuse and lie about requesting lawyer.
4. Zack can use XXX serial numbered guns, buy or sell them in black-market (No Organizational Gear/Weaponry Will be sold on Black market).
5. Zack can give reduced prison time to his friends as well as reduced fines to keep a good relationship with them.
