I contacted a person from marketplace chat from discord and when we met him he disrespected our country that's why we did not buy the car from him and now he disrespected our country in discord as well.

We do not moderate private discord correspondence. You are responsible for the content and moderation of your own Discord DMs. As for the complaint itself, there is no evidence to prove the person you accused of doing this did anything.
