Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Being an older person in the city I have leadership experience across the entire board beginning with High Commander in NG, leading into a Captain at DOC, and ultimately landing as 2x temp COO, Department Director, and now Head of Department for Journalism in Life Invader.
These roles have given me the valuable traits, insights, and recognition to be the next Life Invader CEO. If I become the next CEO of Life Invader, I plan to make promotion requirements more accessible and add more rewards for those who deserve them.
Hard work is an important virtue and should be rewarded, so I plan on implementing an Employee of the Month award. In addition to these initiatives, I also plan to create a group that will organize events in the city to foster interactions between LI employees and the community.
This will allow us to communicate with citizens and show that LI is more than just an ad publishing company.
Furthermore, I believe my leadership can create more job opportunities and ranks in LI as well as more interactions and TV interviews. By creating a workplace culture that values hard work and rewards exceptional performance, I hope to inspire LI employees to produce their best work and become proud of what they do.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Hold weekly meetings with all employees to ensure that I listen to everyone's feedback and concerns as well as always being available for important concerns that need to be addressed accordingly and efficiently. I am a very active citizen, so getting into contact will be no issue.
Attempt to go to important and dangerous events that involve gangs, families, and LEOS to figure out why there is so much activity and speak to the LEOS on how they attempt to reduce the dangers of Los Santos.
Organize semi-daily fame or shame segments and prizes for TV street interviews with citizens to encourage more engagement and participation. Create a new show called "Citizen Feud" to generate interest and excitement among players. Overall, I believe these initiatives will help elevate the organization's roleplay level and promote a more enjoyable and interactive experience for all involved.
