1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) :
1.hello, I'm submitting this form in order to lead the Bloods street gang. I believe that I will be one of my plants' best leaders. I currently hold rank 12 in Marabunta and have previously held the positions of deputy for the Ballas and under deputy for the Vagos. I am aware of every function a leader must perform.
2.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization :
for me personally i know all the rules of the server and more... i am going to have very hard rules for the gang like :
1.1- Anybody under the age of 18 who joins the city will be asked a total of 15–20 questions regarding the rules of the gang, servers, ghetto, turf, events, and other topics. He will be prohibited from joining if he properly answers more than four questions, and he will have to come back after one real day to answer more questions so that I know he has comprehended the regulations.
1.2- Anybody in the city over the age of 18 will be asked a series of (5–15) questions about the event's regulations, the gang's rules, server rules, ghetto rules, and more. He won't be able to join if he gives erroneous answers to more than two questions, and he'll have to come back after one actual day to show that he understands the regulations.
1.3- A half-warning will be given to anyone who violates any regulations, and if they are not broken within a week, the warning will be revoked. If they get another warning, though, they'll be kicked out of the gang for 30 days and won't be able to take part in any gang activities.
1.4- Each individual must arrive at the event and register. I will personally give Proof a bonus so that I can entice more gang members to events.
1.5- A warning will be given to anyone who skips two events in a row; if they do it again the next day, they will be expelled for skipping events.
1.6- By allowing members to commit gun store robberies, I plan to make them more active. - 24 hours a day, building a hostage set in the ghetto, and more.
1.7- In order to reach my goal of getting 100% turfs in one term, I shall make 4 turfs every day.
1.8- I'll assemble a team of the most motivated individuals to work on gravity, and I'll work hard to make at least $10,000 each hour.
1.10- I will have one of the best turf teams in Grand Canyon history.
