karl tried to say that he had the right to shoot me after only 2 seconds after giving the demand because "i showed no sign of leaving" but if u watch the video slowly you can see me start to sprint to the driver side of my car after he gives the demand and then i immediately am fired upon after exactly 2 seconds it is only after the shots that i start to dodge bullets. Also whether i looked like i was complying or not HE STILL HAS TO WAIT 5 SECONDS as i did not do anything hostile like pull out a gun.
