The rule of taking a POV and keeping it for 48 hours is only for events, so there is no obligation for a person to take a POV. If you give a demand to someone in an RP situation and if the person is able to, they can kill you. There is no obligation to give you another demand. In an RP situation, you dont commit metagaming by telling something important to your friend or not. Finally, Im not defending anyone. Despite there being no issue, youre trying to unnecessarily punish people on the forum just because you cant accept dying in-game.
