upon reviewing this evidence I have decided to accpet this report

ID 69411 will receive punishment for Gen. Rule 6.15
Gen. rule 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.

regarding the car ramming i will not consider this as car ramming
its clear in the pov he is also passing near by you got crashed accidentally.​
