Rejected Unban Appeal for Gen 1.9

Hello,
I hope your are doing great. But I contacted you regarding My Ban.I didn't sell the car I was cheated by that player who took my car he told me he wanted to exchange grand coins for my car so he asked me to sell the car for 19k and he was going to pay 65 grand coins after the trade was completed but he ran away after the deal was done. I also contacted the admins regarding the fraud but the told me they can't do anything regarding it as I didn't had any video proof so I contacted the player and he said that he will return the car back to me.My Id is 10550 and I was banned for Gen 1.9
Please let me know if you need any further more clarification about the issue.
