he did not kill him lspd did he said to him stop shooting but instead of him running and leaving like he asked when he was at gun point
he literally failed RP when he did not run away when he was asked to

My question is how the hell you gonna tell someone to “run away” in the middle of an event? I mean hell I’ll admit I’ve only done aircraft a few times myself but I could have sworn officers don’t tell people to “run away”. Sure you got guns pointed at him, If that’s the case then I guess arrest him?? Instead of you know, Reviving, Searching Cuffing without an actual reason or most importantly fucking gunning him down. Not quite sure the limits you guys have but I’m pretty sure no matter what ANY of you say, it won’t be able to justify what happened but hey screw it, might as well try right even when your own higher ups are speechless.

Oh one more small question.
If you said he failed rp by not running away when asked too. can you please tell me this. Where would you guys have liked him to run too? YOU’RE ALL ON ONE BIG ASS BOAT.

i understand what u mean if you dont know they come in jet ski's that can be driven he can just jump and find one or if not he can stay in the water since we cant shoot anyone in the water
