i have pov of this guy also. Gov on freeze , this guys doing non rp shit. It happens always when they know IC they will not get punishments and OOCly here no reason for report. But today i got an answer from gods about we can report in this situations to forums. I hope he will get punishment then i will report my too.

It is rp server. All who not included in this list, must play his RP. He mix OOC information with IC. He sure OOCly he cant get punishmend and doing ICly shit.
