The following appeal is on behalf of Frank Zane due to his forum account block
Dear Bobby Pluxury I'm aware that you have gave me multiple chances but in this situation I believe that the punishment that was issued to me was incorrect.
Bobby. I understand that the tensions between me and other members of the community on your server has caused you lots of tension and stress in recent days. You don't deserve this. I can only apologise for my contribution in this. Today I woke up to a blacklist from the server sanctioned by you and issued by Floki. Since there was no new threads nor reports up against or about me I was confused as to why this happened. I'm deeply saddened that a project I have dedicated so much time and effort to has just thrown that all down the drain. I came to this server after months on EN1/2 to start a new life and create proper RP for your server. I have done nothing except RP the best I can and people who can't do the same clearly don't like this. I have been one of the biggest change markers in the crime side of RP and many leaders can vouch for me. I've also tried to engage with the state side and although me and state leaders have our differences they to can admit that I have tried my best. I will say that sometimes I do get angry and may speak harshly but it's only because I am passionate in the way that I and others RP. This is GRP and it should stay that way. But it's turned into unnecessary forum and family wars which I don't like. The administration on your server (no disrespect intentioned) clearly has its biases in favouring their own curation (state) which has caused a power imbalance in the factions within the city causing many disbanded within the last month. I don't doubt your leadership or that of your admins. In fact I'll be the first to say that you are the best Chief EN3 could have. I will just ask you to reconsider the severity of my punishment. I don't deserve to be gone from your server forever and I have a lot more still left to offer. I know as Chief you want EN3 to be one of the project's best RP based servers so I ask you to let me be apart of this. This game is where I go in my free time to have a bit of fun with friends that I would have never made otherwise. Please don't take that away from me. I have worked too hard to create a good reputation as a gang member and made a good amount of money on my main for it to be forever left untouched.
Rejected - For Bobby Pluxury | Mass Rule Break | Frank Zane - This is a prime example of this individual targeting me and I have all rights to defend myself not to mention he was the one provoking me and then acting like the victim.
Rejected - Wrong Decision | Andy Lemon - You can clearly see player Chanush Movva - ID: 16829. His complaints towards me have been rejected and he still tried to get me punished and this is clear targeting and he has not received any warnings for it regarding this situation.

Rejected - Mass rulebreak | Lspd | 0000 - In this thread its clear that leos where not fearing for the hostages life and they got no punishment while on the other hand we got punished for provoking but for repeating what he said * Is that a demand* .
I know that admins on this server make mistakes and on the threads posted below shows from my understanding that not only that gangs are limited on what to do also state creators are also trying to reenforce the rules and not punishing leos as they are not being fare.
My opinion towards the RP created by gangs and leos are being ruined by leos not having enough money due to the fact that they only get 1 mil a day which is causing them to arrest us at store robbery's and delay stuff. I feel like this problem could be solved by leos having more money as they could negotiate and have better RP these type of situations could be prevented by simply leos having more money as we do a lot of hostage situations and lot of crime activity.
Regarding the situation that happen yesterday I believe that I was accused of Admin Disrespect I'm more than happy to send you proof in Dms which I believe that I did not disrespect I just raised my concerns and it led to me getting punished. Yesterday in the Club Chat I wrote is that a demand LSPD and instead of getting muted like john Griffin did instead I got banned for ( 6.10 It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC(e.g Insulting someone in Discord Chat relating to an IC situation). Any instances of this will be punished in Discord as well as In-Game Bans. | Ban 1-7 days) - In this situation it was never OOC it all happened IC it was just us provoking which I will not lie about. This is some Povs of me bringing nice RP.
I believe since I got unbanned I token more care of my actions and haven't really done anything since and if you chose to keep me blacklisted please just give me an explanation of why I have been banned as I would never lie to you. Like I have mentioned before leos are breaking RP in the first place which leads to us gangs getting frustrated and killing everyone which that brings 0 RP and we are not enjoying it and I'm sure others can agree. ( If there was any admin disrespect that I did I sincerely apologise for it I was probably frustrated over everything that's going on and Senior admins are telling us one thing about how we should roleplay but yourself and Floki are telling us different.
Bobby I'm hoping that you will think about this decision as I do bring a lot of RP and I'm a really active player of your project and that's why I'm here today showing my innocence. Thank you for reading this and have a good day

Hello admins, I would like to report an incident regarding a gun store robbery. During our response to the situation, ID 6671 did not demonstrate appropriate Fear Roleplay and continued to use their radio despite the circumstances, which is a violation of server rules.
