LSPD will be punished for NonRP, again reminding, your first priority is to make sure hostage is safe and alive, What did you expect to happen when you pointed guns at the gang member knowing they had two hostages.
Also, LEO are supposed to work with each other, you were not even seen informing what you were about to do and just called up three other lspd units, literally the other orgs were clueless
