Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
As per the kill logs ID 98204 was the one actually killed EMS but ID 92628 also shot at him and attempted to rob EMS hence will be punishing both.
If you feel the punishment the administrator issued is incorrect, feel free to file an Admin Complaint

- ID 92628 and ID 98204 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.5
- It is prohibited to do any criminal acts against EMS employees.(Kill, rob and etc.)
