Life Story:
Dede grew up in a wonderful place called California he has so much fun and enjoy the time spend there until one day gangsters robbed us and killed his parents and after that tragedy Dede decided to join the law enforcement team and build a career to protect and serve the citizens he apply to NG got accepted then he was trained and started off his career as a NG officer and build his way up the ranks then he got wanted to try new things so he went to LSPD was offered deputy Chief he had a wonderful time as deputy Chief and then after that he went back to NG to his home place where his career started and has been there for the past time and has goals to achieve great things working at the NG
Carrer story: Dede has been in NG for a long time now moving his way up the ranks enjoying being a soldier dede is known to everyone and everyone likes him and his sacrifices to the law as well as Dede puts citizens. life's before his own which is why everyone likes him and respects him.
Outcomes:
1- Dede can take bribes up to 100k.
2- Dede can take bodycams off of civilians and smash them with (/try only 2 times)
3- Dede can use a gun without a serial number and not leave a trace.
4- Dede can become a hostage if he is bribed, up to $100.000.
5- Dede always has a hidden radio on him.
6- Dede can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands.(Wont break Gen Rule 6.15)
7- Dede can reduce jail time sentences, remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if he decides to (Only friends/family members or people he really Likes)
8- Dede can plant illegal items on people and frame them. (If there is a proper RP reason)
9-Dede can do any kind of illegal activities only while OFF DUTY (Will follow server rules)
10-Dede can take weapons off of criminals and use them for personal use.
