I got hit for "being involved" in emptying warehouse but personally (logs will prove this) i have never not returned items myself to the warehouse. In gangs i dropped 10k per armour i took and my 2 days of national guard everything was put back. I got hit for being involved but the only involvement i had was getting hit up and getting offered armours for a good price. I would never break rules i know to result in bans.
I did how ever buy bulk armours of different variants privately but as far as i was aware that was not outside of any rules. I understand they may have encroached on the rules but i can't stress enough that i personally never and will never take and sell from the warehouse. I was very mindful of that when i joined and on the discord i submitted all what i took out and what i put back.
Everything is accounted for the only thing i can think of is i bought the armour types from an org member while i was in a gang. I never did anything myself to fall foul of the rules though, i try incredibly hard to follow the rules and if i need cash in game personally i buy gcs and sell bp's. I wouldn't risk myself when buying gcs with a ban over stealing from warehouse. I didn't think buying off someone in bulk would cause me to be hit. I have FiB armour in my van but i paid for it privately while i was not affiliated with any org. With everything in mind i even documented on my national guard logs what i have taken and what was put back. Everything should be accounted for my end. I would like to stress, i was never "involved" i made 2-3 purchases and that was it to make a quick buck but as far as i was aware i was following all the rules.
Could someone please take a look at my logs as im so certain the logs will vindicate me. The only thing im certain im guilty off is taking the good deal on the armours but i was in the gang just buying stuff.
I should add i think i might have been hit due to joing NG a week (ish) after buying and flipping those items. I joined to try out the legal side of the city and was trying to be a damn good recruit. Its never been about the money for me, rather to play the game. You can see by my gc history etc when i want cash i just use that method. I hold my hands up to snapping up the items as soon as i saw the price though i didn't think for 1 second that was causing me to fall foul of any rules though.
Hopefully i can be vindicated, i make mistakes but i would never break any rule that could result in a ban or a perma ban. This was one hell of a mistake, if im allowed back even if i have to wait the full 60 days i will never buy those items again from anyone within the family. I can only apologise for not considering the implications tbh but i honestly had no idea i was falling foul of your rules
