2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to be a SAHP leader because one of my main reason is I have a experience of SAHP in LEO org and one of the most LEO job I have done is always joining SAHP in past time. I have see a Lot that are not using there right commands and working like a normal citizen instead doing RP like a SAHP officer and punish a Criminal With there All command and some Officers Not posting there logs At correct time thats the main reason i want to Be a Sahp Leader
2. Second my reason to join SAHP is to Reduce the Roberies on Highway Now There are too much gangs that are active rob SAHP officers If i will be a Sahp Leader With My activeness I will Reduce That Things and have a Good Look at SAHP and now days there are not that much hard rules people coming at HQ Joking With the officers that Give SAHP Such a bad look i want to stop that things
3. third reason i want to be a SAHP leader is Because I am Honest I love Doing My work With Honesty And I am a Hard worker till the day i join SAHP i do My work Perfect and have a lot of good Time With Tony Gold And Gabe I promise I will be the best Leader of SAHP at This Time

Communication is the most important thing in this organisation.
-I would like to conduct more and more events in this organisation so no one will get bored.
-I will always be open-minded to hear new suggestions from my employees to improve the organization.
-Promotions Will be take place in every week. We will revise the ranks within the department to be more realistic and streamline promotions. Individual promotions will be restricted, and we will give promotions publicly with ceremonies.
