why after i kill this person are they messaging in ooc to the person i am with to cuff me and saying to do so in ooc chat? How does this person have knowledge of what just happened to even tell anyone to cuff someone when they just got sent to the hospital?

how is that a leave or die command? "well imma need you to leave the area or imma shoot you in your face you have 5 seconds" that is not a leave or die command. I told them what would happen if they did not leave the area and gave them full opportunity to leave, learn the rules
