Hey, Alex/James.
Yesterday I got banned for having an illegal redux the issue was wen I got hit there is an X in my screen so many people have it and I am the only guy that got banned for it I genuinly didnt know I cant use this I have verified my game data and remove the redux. I never got banned for such issue before as I uploaded multiple POV's on the forums I will drop an image of the proof the admin got against me aswell. you can check my POV in the proof section I went to Arena at the end.

in your POV The '' X '' you are using its not which the normal player using , your '' X '' Effect showing you from where you are getting shot / punish like this , here you got shot from the right so the '' X '' Came to you from the Right

, so now let's say if you are in any Event , like informal , if someone shooted you this ''X '' will show you from where did you get shot , so that's giving you Advantage to see from where did you get shot.

The X is only when I get punched and I didn’t know it wasn’t allowed this is the first time I got banned for such reason and I didn’t know really so I am giving my apology I already send proof of me removing the redux

It’s only when I get punched not shot and how does me getting punched and getting an X in my screen giving advantage if you want I can provide POV of me in turf getting shot same redux and no X
