Firstly, i have been in the project for over a year. I have picked up a lot of experience along the way from a handful of different organisations, LEO/Gang. I have extensive experience as HCS in both legal and criminal orgs. I am currently rank 12 in Families and know all the roles of a leader. I have been HC multiple times in gangs and have had a lot of experience helping to make the gangs flourish. In my leadership i would ensure that there a minimum rulebreaks. I will be fair and respectful to all and ensure that all members do the same. I want eveyone in the gang to feel respected and maily i would like everyone to have a fun time.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I would like to be the leader of Families as i already have a set of carefully selected Deputies and High commands, meaning my term would start off and finish strong. I will have High commands from different time zones and backgrounds so that the gang is always active even when i am not around. I will have 1 Deputy for turfs and 3 event Deputies to ensure all events are attended with maximum numbers.
2.2. I will ensure that Families will always be active and show a presence in all ghettos at all times to make sure that we are feared but also respected. Not only will we try to control all ghettos we will also have max numbers at all events. We will have interactions with all opposing gangs.
2.3. All active members that are showing up to events and helping other members will receive promotions. ANY member that makes a rulebreak will be demoted/Kicked dependidng on the severity of the rulebreak. I will request that all members use bodycam when doing ANY gang activity so i can carefully monitor the situations where rule breaks do occur.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I feel the most important thing for a gang are the interviews. If bad interviews are given then the gang could suffer massively. The correct interviews will mean we only recieve gang members who are well established with the rules.
2. Secondly everyday the gang will be doing as many Clands, gunstore robbery, Store robbery, Fort Zancudo raids, Battleships, informant, vehicle theft and multiple hostage situations. This is very importat for the survival of the gang.
3. Having a active spray team for maximum spray profits.
4. Push for 100% turfs with a carefully selected turf team.
5. Minimum requirment of 15 in city to be able to join the gang.
6. Bouses will be give for all events attended/won.
7. Toxicity wil not be tolerated and any toxicity will result in removal from the gang.
8. Every person in the gang is required to have excellent knowledge of general and ghetto rules.
9. Daily recruitment to esure maximum numbers in the gang.
