Hello to all of the admins and rest of people reading this application, Im aware alot of you remember me as one of the previous FIB Directors and some remember me from other organizations. Before i begin my application i would like to thank all of my supporters and how much they have helped me reach the position i am at and very grateful of them. Here are a few people i am very grateful who have helped me improve over the last few months:
Mister Jack
Darkov Zero
Elon Moose
Steve Dash
Shabbah Verlice
Jake Dior
Those are some of the people who have helped me a lot in progressing over the times and i apologize if i missed any names, With that out the wat i will get started on my application on why i would like to be given a chance to be the Chief of Police.
1. Leader of The Los Santos Police Department
2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. Previous Experience,
In this city, the LSPD has always been my favorite and home organization. It was the first LEO organization I joined, and during my time there, I worked my way up from a rookie to Chief of Staff in an incredibly brief time frame. Many people recognize me from when I led S.W.A.T. in the LSPD a few months ago in City One, and some have referred to me as one of the most successful SWAT Commanders. Nevertheless, running a division like S.W.A.T. isn't all blooms, either. Over my time as an LSPD officer, I have repeatedly demonstrated my work ethic and my ability to deliver, and many of the past Chiefs have been quite pleased with my performance. Since the LSPD needs a chief with passion, excellence, experience, and devotion, I believe that having previously led FIB puts me on a higher level than the other candidates applying for this post. I can also offer much more to the table as the Chief of Police.
I think I've deserved the job of Chief of Police after all the time I've spent with the LSPD and all the experience I've accumulated.
2.Bring in brand new division.
I'm sure that many people are aware with the patrol division in the LSPD, but if I'm chosen as chief of police, I'll be revamping and upgrading the division.
The previous patrol division and the parking enforcement division will be combined to become the new patrol division for the LSPD. You may wonder what kind of work they do.
The following will fall under the purview of the Patrol division:
-Keeping city clean by towing cars
-Incharge of units going out on patrol and keeping city safe
-Responding to 911 calls
-Handing out licenses such as air license for LSPD
-Overlooking the city and LSPD operations
The new Patrol Division will be much more independent and self-reliant, and there will only be one division, which makes for a stronger team and helps to keep the high command ratio reasonable.
3.Bring back LSPD to basics
The LSPD should never be above the FIB and the government, and it shouldn't be staffed with officers who believe they are superior to and can lead the elite organizations that we are supposed to look up to. I know that many people won't agree with me on this, but I firmly believe that it should. In the past, there have been numerous High Ego officers in the LSPD who just start acting on their own and represent the department in a terrible way.
The LSPD is constantly getting new pointless additions, including numerous pointless roles, rankings, and other items that are a complete waste of time. If selected as Chief of Police, I will take the time to eliminate all unnecessary ranks and anything else that might have a negative impact on the LSPD. Previous leaders were too occupied with running the organization and doing other important leadership work to pay attention to the small details. I will correct everything that is unnecessary and return LSPD to its original state if chosen as Chief of Police.
4. Organized LSPD
When I say the LSPD has been very disorganized, I don't mean as in not up to date or messy emails, I mean as in the organization and their strategies as a whole.
In the past few terms, the LSPD has had to copy other organizations' strategies in order to succeed in events or store robberies, which is amazing as team work is very good but we should always be independent as well. . Our previous strategies are currently being compromised, and it is time for LSPD to take the initiative, come up with fresh ideas, and set the standard for the sector, My S.W.A.T. Team will work very hard to find new stratergies and best ways of success to win in any sort of situation. My patrol division will also create numerous plans to defeat crime in city and keep the city safe for everyone as these are the main important things for LSPD to be a successful org and many leaders in the past have failed to do so because of the lack of ideas they have. As we are LSPD and not a gang that residents should be concerned about, neither should we be the citizens' enemies, I will be dedicated to coming up with ideas every single minute while on duty and while off duty and working with my departments to develop strategies, plans, and solutions to keep the city safe.
5.Connection with State Organizations
As I'm sure many people are aware during my term FIB was close with almost every single state organization I also fixed FIBs relationship with LSPD and Government like i said i would in my application and created a stronger community, I look forward to doing the same if I'm chosen as the Chief of Police as we should all be working instead of competing against each other. I will have weekly meetings with each state organization leader to ensure the best for everyone and sort out any problems and mistakes being created in a positive mannerly way. This should be done and should be a basic need for every leader but many fail to do so and i want to stop the trail and create my new positive way for LSPD. I assure everyone that LSPD will be in good terms with every single State organization if I'm chosen as Chief of Police regardless of all the the problems we may go through.
I will be listing the rank system for the people interested in seeing how my term would be and the ranks, For those who don't want to be spoiled with the ranks i have made them blurred so if you are interested in viewing the ranks click on the blurred part.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
1. Better Connection with civilians.
One of the most crucial areas of attention for LSPD is contact with civilians because our duty is to protect and serve, which has recently been demeaned. In order to improve our standing with the general public, my public relations staff will collaborate effectively and closely with life invader when hosting and participating in events. In order to save people from constantly assuming what is occurring inside the city and whether LSPD is even performing their job, LSPD will also issue press releases on a weekly basis to remind as well as inform them of the steps we are taking to maintain the city secure for them. This has been a huge issue in the past, and I intend to address it since it is crucial for our police department's image that it is close to and linked to the general public.
2. Better public relations DIvision
I firmly believe that a organizations public relations team represents it, and over the last few terms, the LSPD PR team hasn't been doing a very good job of that. Despite being a fairly dull division, I think the public relations department has one of the greatest potentials since they are capable of representing the organization to the public in a favorable and respectful manner. To bring the LSPD and the city much closer together, my public relations staff will work very hard around-the-clock to produce a variety of news papers, collaborate with other organizations, and conduct interviews with citizens. This will not only assist the LSPD stay informed about what is happening in the various neighborhoods throughout the city, but it will also let the general public know that we are making efforts to improve security and reduce crime. I have a lot more plans, but I won't share them until after I've been selected as the chief of police because doing so would just serve as a spoiler.
3.Bring back old call signs
To clear up any confusion on what I mean when I say "bring back old call signs," let me say, The original officer call signs for the LSPD were 1A-01 and 2C-03 Ext. Due to the fact that we were the only organization with a separate and distinctive call sign, this has maintained us distinct from the other organizations. The noble old call signs are now being forgotten by many people since the Chiefs now are using easier call signs which are commonly used by SAHP and FIB. Why do we do this again? The LSPD is the city police, so we should make a statement in any way we can. Using a different call sign will show every organization that which officer is a member of the LSPD . This could seem like a silly justification or deception, but when applied properly, it has powerful effects. I want to bring it back and put it to good use.
4. Learned more
I have taken a break from the city over the past few months, but during some of that time I have been preparing to become a leader once more and keeping up with the grand roleplay community. This explaines my absence from the city over the past month or two, but I have been analysing how to become one of the best leaders and learning and discovering ways previous leaders have had successful terms. I'm happy to say that I am now back for good.I am extremely confident that by the conclusion of the two terms I plan to complete, I will be able to lead the LSPD successfully because I have learnt the essential lessons for leading an organisation. Since a chief who knows how to handle situations well will always be recognised as the Chief who "enhanced roleplay," and I plan just so on doing so and boosting the quality of roleplay by a lot.
5.Easier to Lead
As it is now lot easier to remove warnings than it was during my time as leader, leading an organization is much simpler,I think that this will help me have a successful term since it is lot simpler to run an organisation and remain warning-free. I'm not saying that you should pile up warnings and remove them just because it is simple; I'm saying that it is much more effective and simpler now than it was before.
Although my term as FIB Director lasted only two weeks, I feel that despite that short term, I learnt a lot about how to lead an organization, and now is the ideal moment to do so once more. I am also used to how the warning system functions and organizational leadership techniques, which will assist LSPD have two terms that go smoothly and save a lot of the curator's burden of having to find a new chief every week.
(I apologize for the criminal record on game ic, could not find any DOC officer for 4+ hours. Will try change whenever i can)
Best Regards,
