I've Started this project long time ago and gained so much experience and learned so much english on this way. My main Reason to start this roleplay was improving my English okay nvm about this let me tell you about my gang experiences I have been deputy in Vagos gang for 1 term, underdeputy for marabunta 2 term,
High command in ballas gang for 1 term.
I have 6-7 months of experience about gangs and I trust myself as a leader.

1.1 : let me tell you about my gang experiences I have been deputy in Vagos gang for 1 term, underdeputy for marabunta 2 term,
High command in ballas gang for 1 term.
I have 6-7 months of experience about gangs and I trust myself as a leader.
1.2: I will create a good spray team that whoever have knowledge about the rules of spraying.
1.3: I will choose a perfect turf leader to create good turf team and we will make 100% Turf.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice to improving the roleplay levels are:
2.1: Interviews: I will be very carefull on whoever im inviting. At the inteview if the people who is in the inteview if he give wrong answers to the important questions i will tell him to learn and come back again. Once he learn everything i will invite him
2.2 Non active players: People who does'nt join any event or ghetto clappings will not tolerated.
2.3 Active Spray team: People who is actively spraying will get bonus everyday.
2.4 Turf team: People who partipicate turf fights will get bonus every turf they win.
2.5 Rule breakers: People whoever breaks any rule will not tolerated and he will get hes punishments.
2.6 Toxic Peoples: At this point any toxic player will not tolerated. They will get their punishments aswell.
2.7 Trolling in events: People whoever do any troll in any event will not tolerated even if its cland.
2.8 Helping Leaders, Deputies and High commands: People whoever helps leaders, deputies and high commands For example listening to their demands will get bonuses such as bonus ranks. Anyway people who doesnt listen to them will not tolerated.
2.9 Realistic Driving: People who ever do car ramming, vdm or non rp driving will not tolerated aswell.
