2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. lspd recently hasn't been the best org for the past few terms i plan to change that if i get leader i can guarantee a active and successful LSPD term ,LSPD is one of the best known organizations int he city its what everyone thinks about joining when they first join the city.
2.i have alot of knowledge with gangs and what they do and how they think so if i was leader knowing how they do things can help me guarantee keep the crime activity to a minimum and keeping the gangsters off the street and in jail.
3. many people know me and if i get leader i could have 1 of the most active LSPD terms with max numbers at events,Ghetto patrol etc knowing the numbers i would have would guarantee a successful term and others seeing how active we are will also make them want to join the LSPD.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization. :
I will implement a bonus system for everyone so everyone would enjoy being in LSPD and roleplaying
as well as weekly promotion ceremony for the people who are active and deserves a promotion
