2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
->1. SAHP is home for many of the officers in this city including me. When i started flying into this beautiful city SAHP was my very first org that i joined as a police officer. The people in this organization is kind and friendly and always there to help and i would like to keep that genaration going in SAHP.
->2. Ive been in Gov and LSPD and gained exprience on how this city works and ive been 3x Hc at SAHP and ive been in LSPD superintendent as well and i believe ive gained enough exprience at SAHP to lead this organization to become corrupt free and respected by other organizations.
-> 3. Im going to invest and spend all my time to make this organization into becoming the best feared and respected organization in this city. I am going to make sure there is alot of activity in this organization whether it is going to a robbery, attending a global or a raid. I will make it my priority to make sure that all my officers is safe whether it is going on patrol or attending events and make sure this city is safe from criminal activity.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> To increase the patrols in the city and responding to any calls for help. The Highways of the city can be a very dangerous place and it needs patrolling all the time it also needs to be improved by using as much RP as possible.
-> Stop any crime that happenson the highways and improving response time of officers and backup.
-> It needs a well maintained relationship with all the other organizations including LSPD GOV FIB AND NG and needs to work together whether it is helping the citizens and protect them and attend events.
-> The most and best way to improve rp in this organization is to keep IC things IC and OOC things OOC.
-> Departments:
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): This department will be full of specialised and exprienced units that will attend events like ghetto patrols, globals and raids.
Internal Affairs(IA): This department is incharge of making sure all officers has licenses, and no illegal items on them.
Undercover(UC): This department will gather evidence against the criminals and gangs when attending events.
Towing and fines: This department will go on and tow cars that is illegal parked and fine them aswell.
Human Resources(HR): This department will make sure that all officers is trained well and hiring officers.
Public Relations(PR): This department will host globals and events for our citizens in our city to have fun and enjoy their time.
K-9: This unit will go out on patrol and search for any illegal growing sites in the city and any drugs.
