SAHP
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1
I would like to be a leader of this organisation, as SAHP plays a very important role in the RP. When I first arrived in Grand RP a year and a half ago, SAHP was my first organisation.I learned the RP from SAHP itself, and I believe that Im perfect for this position as I know how this organisation works. Before I became the governor, I was the Chief of Staff in Lexo's term and played a very important role there.
2.2
The sheriff's position comes with a lot of responsibilities. I will ensure that every citizen will be secured on the highway, and I will ensure that all the unnecessary cars will be towed from the highway. I love all the events like store robberies, hostage situations, and many more, and with the SAHP department, I can be the one to protect the highway area from criminals.

Steve and Elon, both of whom have done an amazing job being the sheriff. I will continue the legacy of SAHP. SAHP is a respectful organisation at the end. I believe I am qualified for the Sheriff's position because I have been a member of SAHP since its inception. I have seen a lot, taught a lot, and now it is time to lead the org.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
Time management
Time management plays a really important role in the org to make it active. I'll get 60% of my HCS during the day and 40% during the night.This will lead to an active org and active members in the events.
Internal Affairs
I personally don't like to see any unprofessional behaviour or corruption in my organisation. I have blacklisted a lot of people for this. I will give a certain amount of powers to IA, so they can ensure professionalism within the organisation.
Communication
Well, communication is really required for an organisation to outperform others. I have an amazing communication skill to interact with players. My organisation's members will adopt this skill; it will take time, but no worries. Every organisation in history with this skill has always generated a good result at the end.
