ID 14028 will be punished for Fail RP
'Next time If you see any person entering a dangerous situation ( for ex: gunfight) you do not just start shooting at them ,
if they are not any harm to you then you talk with them ask what they are doing and politely ask them leave or you evacuate them' .


'And Gov wont be punished for this because ID 14028 started shooting at you and after some time other people started shooting after looking at him , that is what normally everyone would do provide their mate with backup gunfire so whole org wont be punished for this'

Also ID 95588 will receive punishment for Fear Rp
'If 5 people are shooting at you with automatic rifles you do not stop car and get out like nothing is happening you should try to escape from the situation'
