Growing up
Percy was born in Paris her mother was an Prostitute She left her in front of an orphanage when she was 5 months old She grew up in an orphanage with others she became good friends with them they taught her how to fight and how to live all by yourself . Then after some time She left the orphanage to experience the world she moved to different countries like Russia , Japan and then she ended up at Los Santos after Roaming around different cities around the world she decided to settle down at Los Santos . She started working as a delivery girl at post office to earn a living then after 3-4 years she decided to change her line of work as she was hungry for money So She decided to join a Gang she joined Vagos to earn some money by robbing people and stores and she completely went to the Illegal side of the society but after some time she realized that she was not fit for gangs and all she was too kind and helpful she cant kill or rob people for money or fun so she decided to Leave Vagos after 1 month
Current Situation
After leaving Gang she was wandering here and there for jobs but none of the government agencies were hiring her because of her lack in experience but one day when she was doing her job as a Cab Driver one of her passenger named Fahd Ukeal who was the Senator of state in government offered her to work at Government with him he taught her everything . She was a Quick learner Fahd personally trained her to be the best in intense Combat skill, Going Undercover and Leading Everyone . As Fahd Left she was left alone but by that time she made a lot of friends in GOV who were helping her to learn and Grow to a Position where she can be an minister of HLS and follow the Footsteps of his ideal .
Outcomes:
1. Percy is able to take on a 1v2 due to his extensive training in SAHP, GOV and USSS training
2. Percy is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for his own benefit. (Not in a gun fight)
3. Percy is able to use the black-market to buy and sell guns and ammunition for his personal benefit. (Not able to sell organization weapons/items)
4. Percy is able to go to ghetto off duty to kill and rob people due to her street knowledge.
5. Percy is able to hang around her gang friends in ghetto due to him being a past gang member.
6. Percy is able to smash suspects bodycam to stop them from recording (using /try)
7. Percy is able to plant drugs/illegal items on suspects to incriminate them.
8. Percy is able to torture she can throw someone out of the helicopter as a method of torture and use truth serum on suspects for intel (using /try)
