2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) As I got the experience from en2 and en3 in the field of leos and I could say SAHP need a good and experience leader who can handle the tremendous pressure of the state and the city of Paleto Bay its safety of their citizens . The SAHP need a good training of which it the officer can do the tasks and the important things which is mainly needed to be done by the SAHP of the state and to also ensure good activity and good friendship with other orgs and having proper guidance in training and in the matter of giving ranks and i would make my term strict in the matter of breaking internal rules for betterment in future and choosing right person for the right rank and also giving time to the org to make its wonderful structure for the best term .
2) I would try to make it as much active as possible in events as a SAHP as its one of the most important thing when it comes to an org , I will also make sure that no one gets into the org without interview unless Ex sahp or HC in legal orgs and rank wont be much easy and officers have to grind to get it and it will decrease the nepotism and I will also try my best until my last breath as a SAHP leader to stop nepotism and toxicity in the org .
3) I will make sure SAHP completes their tasks and their duty to the state and make it with as much as active possible and I will have many departments for my org which all have different works of SAHP and it will help the org to reach the TOP and I will also make sure to make the roleplay as much realistic as possible and try making as much as friendly environment with other orgs to improve roleplay and performance .
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
3) I will improve the bonus system and invite as much professional guys to org to make it better for the future .
3.2) I will make sure that every officers get proper training for better future and career with helping the org for less punishment
3.3) Promotion ceremony and officer of the week for every weeks so officers wont feel blank and bored .
3.4) I will make new training document and videos that will help to new officers for completing training and improving the org quality .
3.5) Always try to communicate in events with other orgs for better roleplay experience .
3.6) I will always focus on quality rather than quantity .
3.7) I will also make sure to have hcs from all timezones and deputy too for avoiding inactivity in org and events .
3.8) I will try to make Parking Enforcement Department the best I want them the most active that they can tow the vehicle who are wrongly parked in city the most .
