2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Always wanted to try to take leadership. I know I have good leadership skills. I'm also really good with people, whatever their experience or age is. I also have a good friend of active friends playing to, who would really like to join me in this. With my skills, and the skills of the people around me, I am sure that we can have a really good term at SHAP.
- Leadership is on top of my list of my RolePlay experiences that I would like to get. I will probably apply for admin as soon as I finish my term, but before that, I would love to run a law enforcement agency. I have a lot of experience at all organizations and know the laws of the city.
- I feel like a lot of new players should also deserve a chance to grow in ranks, one of the reasons that I would like to be leader of SAHP is because this is the perfect place where you can teach newcomers how everything works in a LEO environment. Not only how it works, but also how to properly RP.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- SAHP can do a lot more with RP, since the highways are always a hot area for gangs to take hostages, I will organize High Way patrolling missions. Working closely with the other orgs to ensure safety on the highways will be our top prio. Not only for safety, but setting up points where radars will be placed to ensure the speeding laws of San Andreas, regular checkpoint duties and keeping the roads clean of any criminal activities.
- I am planning to have good relationships with ALL law enforcement agencies. The first thing I would do is have an agreement with both LSPD to share our area where we work in and with NG as well to help them out setting up checkpoints near FZ base to have intel before they even get raided.
- Having good RP moments with the public that are trying to get their license plate or insurance for their vehicle is a MUST! These things can improve. Having people from all time zones so we constantly have someone helping out the public is important. But the way they do the insurance will be something I focus on as well. This will all be done by the best FTO/HR department the city has ever seen.
