1. Leader of SAHP


2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1) My main focus when playing on the project is a good RolePlay experience, and for me, the place to look for it is the State organizations and Law Enforcement in particular. My goal is to make SAHP a perfect place for me and for people who share my views on RP to get the best RolePlay experience and have fun in good company.

2) I have proven my team-leading skills and my creativity for new systems during my time at SAHP, where I was responsible for operations, as well as I have been an author and co-author of many of the changes brought to the organization. I also used to be Head of CID and Head of HR and IA at FIB, running the departments, managing the roster, and managing emails amongst the usual work you would expect from being in those departments. I want to bring some changes to SAHP as well that will aim at improving the RolePlay experience, will bring something new, and even change some concepts of the organization.

3) My focus for this term will be to update the old systems and bring new ones to the organization, offering new and exciting experiences to anyone who will want to join the ranks of SAHP. I want to build positive relationships with other members of the organization, as well as with the other State orgs, once again with a goal to bring in more opportunities for quality RolePlay and fun in general.

5. Departments

Office of the Sheriff - Responsible for Internal Affairs and Public Relations (IC events).

Human Resources - Responsible for recruitment and training of new officers.

Special Task Force - Responsible for providing heavy firepower in high-stakes situations, being at the forefront of responding to globals, and undercover investigations/operations.

Patrol Operations - Responsible for patrolling the highway, enforcing state laws, enforcing traffic laws, and enforcing parking laws. This Department also plays a crucial role in helping new officers to gain more experience.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

1) Introduce a bonus system and a new promotion system that will have no place for favoritism. Rewarding people who choose SAHP for actively performing their duties and displaying quality RolePlay.

2) Create new events inspired by real-life Police Departments so that there are more fun and engaging activities for the players and an opportunity to improve the level of the RolePlay by teaching people the best standards and by RolePlaying in general.

3) To have a team of RolePlay-oriented players in the organization. One thing I noticed during my time in SAHP is that if you have people in the organization who are focusing on displaying quality RP the others will start repeating after them. For example: when we introduced a strict format for the radio calls, people started doing it after they heard our high commands using it all the time.

4) Cooperation with other organizations. By cooperating with both legal and criminal organizations we will be able to create new RolePlay scenarios everyone will enjoy. State organizations would be boring and useless without the criminal sphere, and vice versa.

5) Making a unified training system using the video format will allow players new to Law Enforcement to grasp the basics of RolePlay a lot faster and more effectively, while also drastically reducing the time spent by the training instructor to teach one trainee.
