• Saying bloods on top is not Corruption , its professional misconduct which is IC​
• Regarding state rule 5.10 LSPD / FIB / SAHP employees are obliged to use for calls only official transport. Exception: Undercover officers may discreetly go out on calls to further investigation and track the suspect. (No arrest, except FIB department)​
• The situation doesn't show the RP situation fully , I cannot tell if they are responding to a call or just roaming around
  From what I see that it Appears to be a Sharing car , And all 3 members are part of FIB​
• The 2 people sitting infront are not in scripted uniforms which indicates they are either offduty or undercover and in either way
  giving a ride to a person who is also FIB is not a rule break.
  
  This situation could have been handled ICly , and with Proper RP
  Always remember as state orgs you are all are working as a team
  and the whole point is for everyone to enjoy RP together.
