Hello Lebron, Event rule 1.5 states that

1.5 An event like robberies of gunshops 24/7 have to be a role play and state organisations can talk to criminals

Where were we given a chance to talk to criminals? They just gave demands to leave the area, how do we get to know that they have the hostage or not exactly?
We have the right to negotiate with them, we couldn't because they gave FIB 5 secs to leave the area how could we talk to them and risking our life??
