Rejected Meta Gaming

We were robbing a Ballas member, he then proceeded not to oblige by our orders (giving us his guns he had). He was hesitant to put his hands up when we told him G131. He then proceeded to stall the robbery whilst meta gaming and calling more backup(Ballas members) In the evidence you can see he didn't ask for backup in radio. It wasn't near their HQ and the area was isolated but then 5 members come and know exactly where we are. They also went on the roof of mega mall meaning that they must've known we were on the other side and they needed to kill people from requested backup. I hope you can sort this out as it made me lose guns and ammo which was 20k overall.
